The PAW Foundation is a US-based private family foundation founded in 2019 and dedicated to supporting the long-term protection of at-risk wildlife and ecosystems around the world through engagement in activities including, but not limited to, grant making to national and international organizations. Our principal focus will be on the African continent, but the Foundation will also consider opportunities elsewhere in the world.

We are a family with a deep passion and interest in conserving the world’s most precious landscapes, marine environments and wildlife for future generations. We believe this starts with finding and partnering with the best individuals and organizations doing the critical work on the ground.
Our Work
We seek to support both local and international organizations and initiatives working to preserve the populations and ecosystems of animal species threatened by human development, habitat loss, poaching, pollution and other factors. Equally, we view the support and engagement of local communities and stakeholders in these target areas as critical to initiative success.
